PROBLEM
Departments hand out a year of teaching load by hand in Excel: hours nobody was assigned, one item given to two teachers, master’s supervision given to staff without a degree, and a department total that does not match the sum of individual loads.
SOLUTION
The rules became code: each workload type has its own formula, every item goes to exactly one teacher under strict validation, and a monitoring screen shows every problem in one place. Excel import and export, plus an audit log. In active development.
